It says something about a unique opportunity next door. Maybe there is another lot they own you can buy listed separately? So between the length of that lot and a possible lot next door, it is still insane but you see what they are getting at? For builders?

It is very odd, needs more explanation if the price is accurate though.

The lot is huge.... Probably actual price.

I changed my mind, I looked it up on the assessors website and nothing in the area is worth more than 500k....

Here is the reason.
Foxtons - House is being sold as a package with the house next door. It is still expensive though

I just researched the houses on the Assessors website and none are worth anywhere near the asking total........
