What is everyone cooking on this really really HOT night?
I was thinking cold sammies or something but DH requested Spaghetti and Meatballs... Well he hardly ever requests specific dinners so I am cranking the AC and cooking.. along with some beer bread.. total winter meal.

Ugh - NO idea .......but I don't want to cook - I don't have AC
DH is perfectly happy w/ cold cuts, so I'll probably stop at the Deli for him on the way home, and make a WW meal for myself -

I am soooo jealous! DH would never eat cold cuts for dinner - even with soup or something! I would love to do that! Then again, when we first started dating he would eat a pound and a half of steak and a whole box of rice-a-roni by himself  Lets just say that has changed a bit now and he does eat veggies

Grilled chicken sausage (apple flavored)
Grilled seasoned & butter corn on the cob
A fresh cherry tomato (from my Mom's garden!!) and advocado salad
The salad I made already, but DH gets to grill while I go get a massage!!!
