Headache Help

I am just about 6 weeks and today and yesterday I have had a horrendous headache and I am to the point where I really need to take something for it, but don't know what is safe or not??

My 1st Dr. appointment is this week and I plan on speaking to her about this, but I need some relief now!!

you can take regular Tylenol

tylenol is safe..thats what i took when i was pregnant.

I also get headaches. Now that I am almost 33 weeks I do not get that as bad as the beginning and they do not last as long. My doctor said that Tylenol was fine for headaches. She also said that drinking some caffeine was also good for headaches. I was shocked because most people try to cut down or avoid caffeine when they are pregnant. I do not really drink caffeine so once and awhile if my head is really bad I will have a little iced tea. I also heard that drinking a lot of water helps.

I just took 2 tylenol and hope that they work soon!! I also try some caffeine if it continues because that was helpful to me in the past when I got bad headaches! I've just been sooo careful and good about staying away from it so it might be hard!

I got really bad headaches my whole first trimester. once i couldn't get out of bed for a day, it was so bad.
my advice: tylenol, drink lots and lots of water. make sure you're eating enough too. stay cool. cold compresses.

2 regular tylenol or 1 extra strength...thats what worked for my bad headaches
