We're homeowners!!!!
After all our drama we finally closed on Friday, not without additional drama of course. The sellers were still short $$$ and didn't have $2,500 to cover the remainder of their real estate commssions which my agent and their agent had to take a loss. I felt bad for our agent. When we went to the house the neighbors had a few interesting stories for us  Not surprising to us at all.
So now we are painting away and moving next weekend. So exciting!!!
