those who m/c - provera question...
Has anyone used this to bring on AF? What is involved? I'm going on 6 weeks since d&c and I am of course impatient. I know, I know, I should let nature take its course, but I want to move on and was told by the dr to call should I not get her by the 6 week mark.
Thanks for any help.

I didn't have a d&c, but if you are getting near the 6 week mark and no AF, call, the doctor told you to. You can set up the appt. in advance.

Thanks - not sure if it just means they can prescribe over the phone or if I have to go back...

You take it for ten days and then you wait for AF.. I usually get it 5-7 days after, but some people take up to two full weeks to get it.
I get SEVERELY beeotchy on it...so you might want to warn DH

Yes it's one pill a day for 10 days...I took it at night before I went to bed. I got AF about 5 days after I stopped it...and it was a very, very light AF. I didn't have the side effects that Jen had (that came with Clomid but that's another story  ).

Thanks ladies, I'm going to call the dr tomorrow or Tues, since that will be the exact 6-week mark.
