Anyone have an inspection and find squirrels?
Attic fan was broke and they came through the screen....lots of poopies up there.....anyone run into this problem? Homeowners are willing to take care of it and the engineer didn't see it as such a major issue but obviously one that needed to be addressed.

I have seen this on a home remodling show called
Moving Up
My neighbors also had this. They had someone put a trap at the spot the squirrels were exiting and entering.
The trap worked. Then they got the hole patched. If I were you, I would just want to be sure they find WHERE they are getting in and fix it.

yeah, I agree... but sometimes you have to get medieval on those guys... it requires 'armor'. you seriously have to use thick metal plates to prevent them from re-estabilshing a nest.....

Some friends had this. The damage from the poopies was a lot more extensive that it first seemed. I believe that all the insulation had go be removed and replaced.
