It is Extremely Humbling
to go through clothes - decide what to take with you and what to give up on. There are so many clothes going into the donation bags that no longer fit, that haven't fit in a while, sometimes much longer than "a while" and I need to stop kidding myself already.
It really sucks to look at all these beautiful clothes and remember when all of them fit you and also remember how I wasn't happy with myself then and now would KILL to fit into them.
Then there are things that I continue to kid myself about and pack anyway
Just feeling sorry for myself.

What I hate is looking back at pictures when I was thinner then I am now - and remembering how I thought I was fat then. I wish I had appreciated my body.

I know that feeling. I did that a few years ago. I remember giving away my favorite Ann Taylor suits & thinking "I can't believe I will never be this size again."
It's only recently that I decided to do something about it. Now I'm kicking myself because all of my favorites are gone & I could get back into them.
Maybe your new move will inspire you!
