Nope - not everyone. Some people spot, some people get cramps and others get absolutely nothing.

The first time I was pregnant back in Feb I got implantation bleeding. I thought it was my period so I didn't know that I was pregnant. I tested on Sunday because I was suppose to get my period and I got a BFP. So the answer is no not every woman will get implantation bleeding.
