Vitaman B and Short LP
Has anyone taken vitamin B for a short LP? If so what were the effects?
I took it this month and the average before this was 10 days and this month I'm up to 12, I'm hoping maybe I'm pregnant but thinking maybe it's just a longer cycle? I did have spotting on day 10 but nothing since then...oh and I have tested--BFN. THANKS!

Hmmm, I've read that implantation can happens anywhere from about 7-10 dpo and can cause spotting. Perhaps that's what happened on day 10 and it's too soon to show up on a test. Do you have a first response test? 
As for LP, I think you are to take B-6, about 100 mg a day along with a B-Complex- they work together. Is that what you are taking? Good Luck!

Yes I'm taking a B Complex w/ B6--I decided to try it this month b/c last month my LP was 9 days. Keeping my fingers crossed that it worked!

me!
I had a short luteal phase (8-10 days), and I just started Vitamin B-6 supplements....3 weeks ago.
My luteal phase this month was 13 days!
Since it has only been for one cycle, I can't be 100% sure that it was the vitamin B6....but I think its a good bet since my cycle has been so regular for so many years, even before TTC.

 for next month and  for B-vitamins.
That's amazing how they kicked in so soon. I started taking a Super B 100 in May when I started ttc. I don't have a lp problem, but I thought why not? Now I'm wondering if you can lengthen it with these vitamins no matter what. I mean, I never kept track before, but now that I am keeping track I notice that my lp is 15-16 days!

I know, I'm shocked that they worked so quickly! I feel better now that it's come--not so emotional anymore. We are going on vacation w/ friends on Sat so I am def looking forward to a fun week and hopeful for next month!
