Do you ever feel like you know too much??
We are going to start to ttc baby #2 this weekend.
However, I am freaking myself out... I feel like I know too much this time around. The first time, we just picked a time to start, did an online ovulation predictor and Bam!!! it worked the first time. Now, I bought an opk, a saliva test and I am constantly reading this board...
How do I stop freaking myself out with all of my newly found knowledge??

not to get philosophical.... but the more you know, the more you often realize you don't know...
it's very easy to attempt to micromanage TTC with temps, tests, timing when you BD..... but frankly, there's way too much involved to really manipulate nature at will... and the stress could negatively affect a woman's system, which obviously would have detrimental effects....
before you dive into all the rituals, why not do your best to block this from your mind, and just try like you did last time? after all, it worked perfectly

Some days I think that there is way too much information and ideas out there on TTC. If you have not had any difficulty getting pg in the past then I wouldn't try to fix what isn't broken.

I agree. Just see what happens!
But i know what you mean about all the information out there. We're not going to ttc until september and i try to limit what i read on this board because i don't want to freak myself out. We're going to try and see what happens. Then if nothing is happening after a while, we'll take it from there. But no charting, no temping... until then!
