Ugg....morning sickness!
This is my first morning with severe nausea!
I was good up until this point.
I give everyone who has gone through this credit!
Make it go away, I have to go to work soon!

Feel better. Try to eat small meals. Also ginger seems to work well for M/S on some of us.

Ditto this. And listen to your body. Weeks 5-6, the only things that made me feel better were unfortunately fast foods (McDonald's and Taco Bell being primo). I was upset about it, thinking I wasn't getting nutrients to the baby and that I was going to gain 20lbs in the first trimester alone but that faded away and now I actually crave fruits, cheeses and granola when I'm nauseous (with some Cheez-its on the side for good measure ).
Anyway, sorry for the rambling but really just eat whatever will make you feel better and definitely make sure you're eating every few hours. I'm only 10w2d and it's already getting better for me.
Good luck

Try eating some toast or crackers.
I lived on bagels and Eggo Waffles my whole 1st trimester. It helped. try to keep something in your stomach and try not to get hungry.

Feel better. The things that worked for me were: sea bands, ginger ale, ginger men cookies, lemonaid, eating small meals every 2 hours.

I know how you feel.
Don't let youself go hungry. Small meals every two hours work. Also, for me, dry cereal, breads and pastas are the only things that I can stomach right now.
Anything with ginger also helps, too.
There IS a light at the end of this tunnel...or at least that's what I keep telling myself.

Re: Ugg....morning sickness!
I needed to eat heavy foods when I felt nauseous - lots of breads and pasta, or macaroni and cheese.
One day after I had been nauseous for 6 hours straight I found that potato chips helped!
