How would you respond to this
So I have to say all of our family and friends have been amazing and supportive through this..but i am defintly sometimes surprised at some comments we get. For example...
how do you repsond when people say things like...oh god has a plan..and things will work out as they should..whether or not you have kids etc..
I am not saying that i don't have faith and believe in some other power but how can women addicted to heroin poping out babies no problem and loving families being unable to have kids without help be part of someones "plan"???? I am just curious what others think and how you may have repsonded to somthing like this??
TIA

There's really nothing to say. When people say these things I don't think they intentionally mean anything, they just don't understand and they probably really do think it will all work out. There is a lot of ignorance when it comes to IF...think about when we all first began this process, how little we really knew. And I still feel like I am always learning something new, not necessarily good things either.
I find it easier to just say "We'll see" when people say things like it will all work out, etc.

I agree with Gerty-I heard from my Mom well you can always adopt. Not that I wouldn't consider sdoption but for us it is a last resort..we would like to try for our biological baby first.
