you can upload it to your album which is probably the easiest, or to put a pic in a post it has to be less then 60kb in size, most pics are bigger than this, to make it smaller use the image resizer (click on image resizer below the chat icon and put the link for the pic and it will send a smaller version to your email you can then save and post)

For me, the resizer is a pain in my butt!! If you put any picture into a LIF album, or any online album (shutterfly.com for example) then you can right click on the picture and click on 'properties'. A URL address appears, just copy that address. Type your post on LIF and click on 'Insert web image'. Then paste the URL address into the box that pops up.

It comes up looking like a lot of gobbledegook within your post, but once you post your post, it'll show as that picture. I hope this helps!!
