is this a sign i am NOT ovulating?

I am using the clear blue monitor and i have yet to get three bars. This the 2nd month i am almost at my mid cycle and i keep getting two bars, Granted it is a used monitor so maybe it takes a few cycles to get used to me but when do i start to worry?

You might want to use an OPK in addition to the CBEFM as a way to double check. You can also chart your temps as a way of checking ovulation.

for the first 2 or 3 months I was using the CBEFM I was also using opk's because I wasn't getting a peak on the monitor, but after the third month I finally got my peak. (I don't know if this is reliable, but I also look at the lines of the sticks you put in the monitor, you should see the second line gradually get darker when you compare them)

It could be that you're not ovulating. I just went to my gyno today, and she confirmed that I wasn't ovulating. After using the CBEFM for the past 4 months, and never getting a peak reading, I started to get suspicious.

At least I know the darn thing actually works.
