Believe it or not...DH is a rib junkie..He thinks that Major's in E Meadow has "fall off the bone"-good ribs!
Who would have thought, right?

St. James in Mineola right near Mineola train station...they are great!
I like Famous Daves baby back ribs, but last time they were so dry I got turned off.
