can i return to toysrus and get full credit
someone bought me a gift from toys r us not on my registry can i return it and get the credit for it even if i dont have a reciept? or does it have to be on my registry to get full credit? i can always add it and then return the item.. i dont kn ow what to do

i dont even think they look at the registry when you return. they will definitely take it back, but for the price it is selling for now.

Toys R Us will not take anything back unless you have a reciept. No store credit or anything. You might have better luck at Babies R Us.

yep! I just tried last week and was told they couldn't do anything for me without receipt!!  It's crazy!!!

that is crazy whats that about?! maybe i will just keep it.. i think the baby can play with it till 3 or 4 yrs of age.. oh well. unless maybe target has it and i can return it there i will have to look around.

christine...what is it? Return to BRU. Toysrus will not take back anything without a receipt. How was the shower?

BRU takes returns w/o a receipt for the lowest price within the last 30 days.
Target has a terrible return policy if you dont have the receipt. You can only get a credit for 2 items per year and you need to give them your license
