Either I shower in the a.m. or both. If I shower at night, I also shower in the morining but put my hair in a shower cap. Washing my hair the night before saves me so much time in the morning.

I must shower before work - whether or not I decide to wash my hair. But I also must shower after I work out at night.
When I'm doing the 9-5 thing, I usually end up showering 2x day - I sweat too much at night to not shower in the morning and feel okay with going to work like that.

I shower at night... but 9 times out of 10 I go to the gym at work first thing in the morning and obviously shower again after working out.

I usually shower at night - but I sometimes do a morning shower in addition or instead of.
I like a night shower for a few reasons:
1. My kids. They are early risers and I don't feel like getting them ready AND taking a shower and getting my hair dried too.
2. My hair. It is wavy and I hate using too much heat on it since it is brittle. When I shower at night I can put in some product and tie my hair up in a high ponytail over night. It is usually dry or only slightly damp by the time I get to work the next day.
3. I work all day long and then I come home and work some more. By the time the kids are in bed I feel dirty and grim. A shower just makes me FEEL better at the end of the day. And I don't feel like I get dirty sleeping in nice clean sheets!
BUT... if (TMI ALERT) DH and I happen to *cough*nudge*wink*wink*cough* during the evening - then I will either shower right afterwards or in the morning.

I shower in the AM. I have to. Its my wake up call! Im not a coffee drinker..Showers do the trick!
In HOT weather, sometimes I do both, night and morning.

At night. After the commute into the city, subway rides, walking back to Penn during rush hour, I need a good shower when I get home. Plus, it's easier for me in the morning since I just let me hair dry overnight. I literally get up 15-minutes (if that) before I leave for work. Wash my face, brush my hair & teeth, dress and I'm out.

I picked 'other' because I get up, put my hair in a ponytail and go to the gym at 6am every morning. I shower after the gym. So it is the AM, but it's not to wake me up, I’ve already been up and out, it’s to wash the gym off me.

Both...I HAD to shower after work...I worked the road as a paramedic, and it just became habbit. I also HAVE to shower to wake up so...........I am in the habbit of both eventhough I switched into Med Com. I love it. I have lavender showergel and shampoo/conditioner to relax and yummy ones to wake up to.... Bath and Body just came out with a tingly menthol body wash a nd it REALLY wakes you up
