Just got back from the gyno...
It looks like I have officially miscarried naturally and it is complete - meaning I don't need a D & C.
It was painful - physically but I have closure now that it is done. Emotionally - I am not at my best but hope to be there soon.
Got some bloodwork done to see if my levels are returning to 0 ( and wil need to continue to get my hcg levels checked) and then from there I wait for my period.
I was told to wait 1-2 cycles and then to try again. So I will definitely lurk and maybe post and wait for my time to come.

I'm so sorry. I went through the same thing a month ago and it was hard.
But...
My doctor kept on stressing that it was actually a good thing that conception occured at all. Hard to think of it as good news, but there it is.
