OMG I wanted to reach through the TV and challenge that witch Melissa to a boxing match!!!    I could not stand her. Like the Chef said, who made her boss???
eta: what does she have on her chin (under her lip)? A cold sore?

I can't stand her and her whiny voice!!! When she was saying that when there's a problem she is going to try and resolve it, I wanted to scream YOU'RE THE PROBLEM!!! I hope she royally screws up next week.

ITA! I was also grossed out that at certain times, she was cooking without her hair being pulled back. Her hair looks like a dirty rat's nest and I don't care if she wants to walk around with it, but if you are cooking for other people, it should be completely tied back.
I think she has a piercing under her chin, but maybe I am wrong.

I was thinking the same thing! In the previews of next week, her hair is pulled back. Wonder what prompted that.
I thought that thing on her chin was some kind of scar. I didn't notice at much in previous shows though. I wonder if she's not concealing it as well as she used to. When that other guy got kicked off (Vinnie?), the difference between his original picture was amazing. Brown rings around his eyes, oily skin, etc.
Maybe they're getting haggard. I know I would if I had to work in that kitchen.

I was definitely bothered by her hair. She is in the food prep industry, that hair should be in a tight bun or similar.
OMG, that thing on her chin was getting bigger and bigger as the night went on, like pinocchio's nose.
She was definitely looking at everyone else as beneath her. She seems really delusional.

I can't stand Melissa - she is really over the top. And if you notice, she is always just staring at people, or turning around so the camera sees her -- like when they were leaving she had to turn back to the camera.
I think that was a coldsore or something. Most of them look really haggard but I would be as well!

I just wanted to wash her hair, comb it, and chop about 10 inches off....!!!!

Yes, I was wondering about her hair too!!! It's soooo long - how does that not wind up in someone's dish??? If she's such a professional why doesn't she know to do basic things? Gross!

That thing under her lip is sooo annoying and soo is her hair. Pull it back already. That is sooo unsanitary in a kitchen.
