it's located in Malverne...the real estate woman just called they already came back with a counter...everything is moving so fast - i have the biggest knot in my tummy

Good luck. It is a stressful process but remember that until those contracts are signed, anything can happen. This was advice from our real estate agent to prevent us from getting disappointed if things didn't work out.

no, this is a different house. We are going to take a look at that house this weekend.
It doesnt seem like these people are willing to come down at all in their price. It's only been on the market for a couple of weeks so they are being stubborn. I'll keep you posted on how it goes we really love this house so I hope it works out
