Detector Tuning on FF

I just went back through some old charts and my current one and learned that using the "research" setting as my O detection tuner on FF is MUCH more accurate (for me). I'm a little Chat Icon b/c this information would have been VERY helpful.
Anyone else find this method more accurate?

I didn't subscribe to the VIP features so I didn't use the research method but I did check the O day in both Advanced (default) and FAM when I started getting + OPK's to see if it did change (and it actually did). Maybe check both when you're close to O each day and BD as though they were both the O days - this way you'll be sure to catch it regardless.
