Stinks bigtime.. I have it more and more.. How many tums can i take in one day?

i've eaten tums like candy some days... i don't know that there's really a set upper limit, but if you find yourself eating tons of them consistently, why not try something else? i've used zantac to prevent heartburn and it works like a charm.

my doctor told me to take a pepcid when it gets bad bc the tums dont do much for me. i was avoiding it at all costs but he finally convinced me it's OK and not to suffer over it.

hopefully today will be better.. i am praying.. the tums usually works for me so I will stick with that until I cant anymore.
