Great dog up for adoption...
This is a dog that some neighbors around the corner from me had. She's a wonderful, friendly dog who just wants a home to give her attention and play with her. The family that had her paid no attention to her and she would jump the fence constantly; putting herself in danger. Please, please go meet her if you are thinking of adopting a dog.

This deserves a bump...thanks for sharing this. What a shame. How terrible...
It is good that you got to share this info with the shelter...once again, the more info the better for new prospective owners.
Oh this all breaks my heart, I cant take it...when animals are neglected.

I just told my friend about this. She has the same dog (but a male) andhe tries to escape too!

I want so much for her to find a good home as she is so very sweet and just wants to be loved. I wish I could take her but I have 2 already and I can't handle a 3rd rigth now.

They didn't adopt her yet. They are still thinking about it. The reason why I sent this to them is they have THE SAME DOG but male - same thing with being an escape artist too. I will let you know if they decide to adopt her!

Thank you so much!!!! I'm just a little nervous for her as she may not "show" well and come off as very hyper. She's active but calms down. I think a big reason she would escape was for company. She would come to my house and hang out with us or go to my neighbor's and lay on her lap. She also may respond better to the name "Roxy".

No, she's still there. 
She shows very poorly and that tends to turn people off. If they would visit with her for more then 5 minutes, they would see the real dog.
