i was actually thinking of selling my house and upgrading. this was one of the contenders but i want more land than just a mere 6 acres.
i think this house more fits my needs.

Yeah a good majority of the homes South of Montauk Hwy are like that. Especially in that particular section, it's one of the older sections of WI and the plots of land are good sized so they can build pretty large homes there.
I grew up in WI  too bad I can't afford to live there now
