anyone with me
not sure if anyone is on this boat with me but its as if ever since i started charting, temping, checking for cm etc... i feel like my entire cycle is way off .. now AF doesnt come when she normally does, i cant really tell when im ovulating .. i mean i use to be able to see it and now i dont .. last month i thought i didnt but i did but AF was like 2 weeks late... woundering if i should just go back to "IT WILL HAPPEN WHEN IT DOES"... maybe my body will relax and go back to normal.. ???

yea its all over the place.. looks like the blue prints for a new roller coaster ride...lol..

I know how you feel, I was stressing out and saying it is becoming to scientific. My ob/GYn told me to try to keep the romance "alive", even though right now it is so hard not to stress about OPK's and charting. The first month it really bothered me, and my ovulation was not normal etc. and this month I have a "whatever" happens atttitude. I even went for a massage to calm me down, and it relaxed me, ( I have a great massage place if you want the name just FM mail me) I do not know if it is good or not, but it relaxed me so I ovulated normally. Back to timing it exactly next month. I am very scared of dr's and that is probably why I am stressing so much, that if I have to go to a RE, am I going to be just as scared.

Take a deep breath! Try using fertilityfriend.com. It really helped me get a handle on my cycle.
