Is an 84" round cloth a good size for a 60" round table???? Thanks

it should be. might hang over a bit but it should be ok.

That's perfect, you'll have a 12" drop all around the table.

And tables are usually around 30" up from the ground, so it will hang about 1/3 of the way down, which is normal.
