Could be.... and personally, I would LOVE to see it happen. But I don't think so. She really loves him. And she definitely should get an Emmy for last night's performance.
What I do think is that she is going to be a real estate mogul and if he dies/goes to jail- she will succeed on her own. I think they will find out Tony has no money- he gambled it all away- but she will have her own real estate business and she will be fine.
Plus, I think that the Adriana truth will come out to Carmela, because it has been mentioned so much. I think carmela will find out and it will be the last straw for her.

It was just ok to me. This entire season so far has been awful and I have NO hopes for the finale not being just as dead

Either that, or that she is alive. I hope they don't do that- but it *is* a possibility. We never did see the body.

Someone from another board I posted on had this to say which I did not see brought up in this thread
David Chase is a GENIUS.
Let me get this straight.
Christiana played Cosette in Les Miserables (The name of the actress that was driving the car that ran Tony and Christopher off the road)
Christiana is part of the cause of Christopher's death -
Christopher killed Adriana's dog (wait for it) COSETTE.
So in David Chase's mind, it came full circle

ANOTHER POSSIBLE SPOILER THEORY
from HBO boards:
Flash forward to the bedroom scene in Kennedy and Heidi, and consider what is left of his "work" family.
Jimmy Altieri is gone, on Tony's orders.
***** is dead. At Tony's own doing.
Ralphie is gone. At Tony's own doing.
Chris is gone. At Tony's own doing.
Tony B. is gone. At Tony's own doing.
Vito is gone. Almost on Tony's orders.
Paulie is there, but Tony wants him dead. All that's left of his crew are a has-been, (Paulie) one who long ago topped out, (Silvio) one who not so long ago was considered a bumbling errand-boy, (Bobby) and a couple of young hotheads like Chris.
Tony has lost "that" family. All that is left is a 3rd string-crew.
Then consider those who bridge the gap between work family and home family. Adrianna and Jackie Jr., gone on Tony's orders as well.
His fears have become a self-fulfilling prophesy. In the final three episodes, I believe we will see the final destruction of the home family as well.
consider this:
The two most interesting people to watch in the coming episodes are Silvio and Carlo. Sil has been so marginal in these last few episides, and that weird dialogue in the bedroom about Carlo's arrival suggests to me that they are soon to realize (if they haven't already) that Tony Soprano is damaged goods, and that they are better off working with Phil and the NY crew.
I think it's odd that Carlo remains such an undefined character thus far.
Carlo and Sil are plotting against Tony end of in NY
Meadow is mistakenly caught up in the crossfire between NY and NJ and is killed.
I think AJ has an awakening about who his father really is, and leaves town seeking redemption.
Carmela comes to terms with the real Tony as well.
Paulie lives on, gets older, bitter and harmless.
Things do not end well for Melfi.
Tony lives on, perhaps in prison, broken and alone in an eternal hell that he has created for himself. Death would be too light a sentence for him now.
