I definitely go a little overboard, but i'm usually a lot more active on vacation, so it burns off some of those extra calories.

we seem to have more appetite on vacation as well plus it is the temptation of all that food in front of you (especially when you go to all-inclusive hotels)... so def. we eat a lot more!

asking when i come back from florida i know on sunday we're going for italian and monday we're going to a bubffe wiwth all u could eat shrimp nite. my dad and dh can't stop talking about it

calories do not exist when I go on vacation! I rarely gain weight though because I am much more active when I am away.

Usually the first couple of days I manage to be good - stick with my normal eating habits - but by the 3rd day forget - I am no hold bars...I usually end up getting on the plane VERY bloated from all the c rap that I ate...
