Am I the only one that
won't buy "designer" clothes or things put out by celebs? For instance - I would never buy anything JLo or Britney's perfume, etc. I just think it's so stupid that because they are celebrities, they think they can do anything well like design clothing or handbags, etc. Or they will just whore their names out on anything to make MORE money.

Donna Karen, Tommy Hilfigure, Calvin Klein they dont go out and sing and act. Gina Davis doesnt go out and sing and design.
These celebs need to stick to one thing. JLO, Britney and jessica simpson need to sing and thats all we ask of them

Same here although I am embarrassed to say I liked the sample I got in a magazine of Britney's perfume  But I knew I could never actually BUY IT!

Nope, the only time I caved in was 12th grade when I *had* to have Debbie Gibson's Electric Youth perfume. I liked the smell.
IMO, those celebs- JLo, Britney, Paris, etc. are so overexposed, to the point that I want them to go away. If it was a celeb I liked, I might feel differently.

I always think the quality of the product isn't as great, why would a team put together a perfume that could sell itself, but then need B. Spear's name to sell it.

Thus far i have not....Just because i haven't liked anything that has been out by any celeb
Jlo's clothes are TRASH...seriously hoochie ugly
All the celeb perfumes....BLEH
BUT if i see anything that i do like i will buy it. I don't care who makes it...just as long as i look good

I don't because I don't want JLo or Brittney's name on my butt or anywhere else. Also, I feel I am at an age where I am a bit too mature to be wearing "Britney" attire and I think it's all waaaaay too $$$.

Not only would I not buy their stuff but I refuse to wear clothing with brands on them. I'm not going to pay money to advertise a company for free.

Same here! My friend had it on and all night I was loving the smell. DH asked me if I wanted it for my bday, I said HE LL NO!

Oh definitely!!! I don't want to think that I smell like Brittany Spears or J.Lo. I truly believe that singers should singer, actors should act, and make up professionals should create make up. Just because you can sing, doesn't mean that you can design make up or clothes. I woudln't buy something from the J.Lo (or anyone else) line, even if I liked it- I just don't trust the quality...
