question re: stalking......
we have an accepted offer on a house, but, unfortunately, the owners are still having an open house tomorrow?? what is the "etiquette" on stalking the open house.. haha has anyone done this??

the sellers have the right to keep showing the house until contracts are fully executed. if you want to go to the open house i dont see a problem with it. and if the home owners are there maybe they'll take it as you being very eager to purchase the house. have you had your home inspection already?

yes, the inspection went well and we are ready to sign contracts. i know they are permitted to show until we sign.. i'm just hoping no one shows to this last open house!

This happened to us also. We sent Dh's parents and grandparents to the open house. The agent showing the home told everyone who came in that there was already an accepted offer on the house. No one bid more than we did, even with a well attended open house.
