I need help with a song for a montage...
we are having a 40th bday party and doing a montage of the person from birth to now but I need a good song for it. Any suggestions?
It is a party for my brother but my sister in law is throwing it. It really is a roast and toast not really ment to be emotional exactly. He was/is really into like genesis, van halen that kind of music but i can't find anything appropriate.
What about these are the days, natalie merchant?

Who is the person and who is the montage from? If its from you and its a close family member, maybe do a song that you could sum them up with... for example w/ my mom I'd do wind beneath my wings and with my husband I'd do through the years or a meaningful song to the 2 of us... maybe if you tell us who its for we'd be more help?
