does a beast such as this exist?
I have many many shoes, and a "handful" of purses. I'd like to store all of them in one place. Ideally, some kind of chest or something that is also a shoe house or whatever you call those things.
like, shoe shelves with a chest on top to put my bags inside?
it's very random and all, but I figured I'd ask.

You could probably have something custom made. Forgive me I forget who's husband makes furniture, I think it's Shellyesq.
You could do something like this from California Closets

I have these stackable shoe shelves from Target- I got them on sale for $10 each- just narrow, shallow shelves- but they sell all sorts of configurations that are stackable- I think they have a piece with doors, and one with drawers- you could build your own
shoe ho.

M-lo, you clearly have not visited my apt. that closet is half the size of our bedroom (though that may work in the clothes room...hmm)
I'll check out both Target and the Container store.
If my grandpa was still alive, he could have built me one.
