where you can upload like funny pics and videos taken from your cell phone?? Not talking about YouTube or Revver..

Not sure if this would work but did you try www.photobucket.com? You may have to upload the pics from your phone to your computer and then upload them from your computer right on to that site.
Not sure if that would work but just thought I'd throw the idea out there
