OK guys- Im thinking that you all are making me wanna go rent ( since Im sick and cant do anything this weekend anyway) the first season...I saw the 1st few episodes....But will I be completly lost after missing the first 3 of this season?

No, you only missed two episodes so far you should be able to catch up. They always do a quick recap of past episodes at the beginning of each new one.

That is what DH and I did.. we watched only 1 epi last year.. then somehow we were so busy we stopped watching..
This summer, DH got the epi's from a friend of his (downloaded from his Tivo).. and we watched a MARATHON one weekend and got all caught up in time season 2 premiere
(they ANthony got so hooked on LOST he went and BOUGHT the DVD box set too )
I have the first two episodes taped from this season if you want them
