loan application
am i bound by a loan application if i sign it? my mortgage broker is pushing me to sign it but he's competing with a bank right now and i'm not sure if i can get out of it if the bank beats him.

You don't have to take the loan with them but there may be a fee involved if you sign. I would wait

I was being pressured by a promotion with a rate reduction, but I really wasnt happy with the person I was working with. I was told if I signed, I had to pay $300 for the appraisal of the property even if I did not pursue the loan with that bank. I didnt sign.
