Looking for a house
Hi! I'm just starting to look at houses, but I have no idea where to start... Any ideas for me? Or could somebody possibly bump any old posts that helps with the whole buying process? TIA!

We are in the process of starting to look and the first thing we did was get pre-approved for a mortgage so we had an idea what we could afford. Before we did this we went to a bunch of open houses to get an idea of what we were looking for. We also are constantly on MLSLI to see what is out there. We have a real estate agent who will be setting up showings for us.
