Need LIRR help!!!
I am moving to East Meadow and I work in Manhattan. I know that East Meadow doesn't have a train station so I was wondering which station is closest to East Meadow?? I know it is Westbury but you need to pay for parking....anyone??
Thanks in advance.

LIRR Website
Here is a link to the station list page on the LIRR site, click on the station and then click on parking map.
I know that Seaford has a large free lot.
Other places with free lots fill up fast but if you take an early train you'll have a good shot at a spot.

Merrick is probably the closest station.

I used to live in Westbury, and also Levittown. Either place, I took the Wantagh Parkway South and just took the train from Wantagh. It's a little annoying, but not too bad.

Re: Need LIRR help!!!
I believe you need a permit to park at the Wantagh train station, Bellmore is probably the closest.

There are certain lots that you don't. Sometimes we parked at Bellmore too...same deal.

Bellmore is not far from there. Most people do Bellmore or Merrick depending where you live. Parking is free at both but easier to get a better seat on the train if you go to Bellmore.
