I had joined blockbuster online and every new release I wanted wasnt available.....or had a long wait....so I switched to Netflix and I like it much better.
I have gotten all the new releases, no issues!

My parents joined 6 months ago and love it.. The best part is that I take the movies when they finish so I get to see the videos for free .

We love it. I watch a movie, send it back and 2 days later a new movie is in my mailbox.
I watch a movie every Friday night, sometimes ealier in the week too.
No complaints at all.
We get 2 movies at a time. I pick some and DH picks some.

We've been using it for a few years and love it. Esp b/c they have a great selection of movies you won't find in Blockbuster.

oh I wanted to say I switched from blockbuster b/c I liked the ability to use the store as well, BUT blockbuster online rarely had movies I wanted to see, it was weird.

I joined about a month ago, haven't had a problem service wise. I did receive one broken DVD, returning wasn't a problem, thank goodness.

Have Netflix. It's great!
I'm a big supporter of Netflix because it carries NC-17 films, and doesn't influence studios/filmmakers to release cut versions rated R, like their competitor does.

we have it and love it.
They are so good customer service wise too!
In the matter of a month TWO dvd's never made it back to them and they never questioned it.. we just reported them lost in the mail and they sent us new ones.
