Any ones
Feet swollen.
My doctor told me to put them up and rest with them up.
He wants to see them go down at my next app.
I go every week now.

Mine got really bad, and being PG in the summer didnt help.
Just try to stay off them as much as possible

The swelling really goes down after the whole night laying down.
It does not work during the day if I stand a lot and then put my feet up.

Same here...my feet get swollen during the day and no matter how long I keep them up it makes no difference. But when I wake up in the morning - hello ankles!
I have been concerned about my swelling and actually asked my doctor to test me for preclampsia even though my blood pressure is fine. I should get the results soon.
I think it's good that your doctor is monitoring. My only advice...try to reduce sodium if possible.

mine go up and down...
b/c of my previous preggo issues Im suppose to take it easy and need to spend a bunch of time with my feet up...It does really help...
Laying on your left side helps to...

Lots and lots and lots and lots of water will help. I've heard/read this helps the swelling a lot, and the teacher stressed this yesterday in my third trimester class too.
