The Departed Sequel?!
Al Pacino is in final talks to join a sequel to "The Departed" directed by Martin Scorcese. The film won the Best Picture and Best Director Oscars. The second film focuses on Marky Mark's character.
Robert DeNiro will play a crooked Senator that Marky Mark is trying to bring down. Alec Baldwin will also reprise his role.
As already revealed, the story revolves around the corruption of politics this time around as Wahlberg goes undercover to bring down a ruthless senator (Robert DeNiro). Pacino is tipped to play Wahlberg's new boss - a force veteran who may not be as clean as he appears.
