I am so frustrated. I have had no phone service since Sat. and I just DON'T want to deal with talking to someone about it. I called Sat. night but I was on my dh's cellphone and it died so I never got the problem fixed. Now they are having 15-20 minute waits to talk to someone.
I was wondering if anyone else has this and if they are always having a problem.
