I put sugar coat, but I tell the truth, but I try to put in nicely.

Depends who I'm talking to and about what. Sometimes it's just not worth telling it like it is. But with friends and family, I mostly tell it like it is.
At work and stuff like that, I sugar coat it. I've been told by people at work that I am very "diplomatic".
