If you tested BFN- then you are not pg. But it sounds like you got a period, albeit a very short one..... Regardless of whether you FEEL stressed or not, planning a wedding will cause enough stress to throw off your period.
Please call your doctor and ask him/her, a chatboard is not the place to ask for medical advice......
