How long does an LH surge last?
My cycles are typically 31 days and last cycle I started OPK testing on day 13 and got my surge on day 17. This cycle I started testing on day 14 and got my surge that day!
Now I am wondering if my surge could have started on day 13 and i missed an opportunity to BD. Would testing again today (day 15) give me any information? If day 14 was the first day of my surge, would I get a postitive today? Or if I get a negative today, could I assume that I started surging on day 13?
Any insight would be appreciated!

You might and you might not. On different OPKs I have read anywhere form 12-36 hrs after your surge you would O. Here is a great website all about pee tests PG and O-This woman must have a lot of free time

I read 12-36 and 12-48 hours.
