Just got a 'high' fertility.. not peak yet, but high.
On to do some work!

I just got a high today also. i thought it was a little early I usually O around CD 18 and i'm only on CD 12. But we'll start Bding anyway!!

last month we actually bd every other day, we bd on one high day and one peak day. the month before we bd every day. i am not sure what to do this month. i am trying to be more in tune with my bodies natural fertility signs and might bd all days that i have fertile CM and peak days. right now with only high days we are bding every other.

I think they recommend to do it every other day because the sperm regenerates, and the bodily fluids don't get dried up. I plan on every other day on high, and everyday on peak.
Also, w/ every cycle there is only a 20% chance it 'sticks' so..
