I'm not really sure why. I always try to but sometime things get misconstrued on chat boards (if you are referring to here). If it is in "real life", well then I really have no answer for you!

Lots of reasons I guess - they dont want to get in an argument, they dont want to hurt the other person, they don't feel like hearing it from the other person....there could be a million and one reasons.

Well I usually say what I want but right now I am in the process of looking for another job so I have been worming my way around conversations at the office alot recently. So I dont know if thats a cop out or not saying what I mean... its just that sometimes bluntness is inappropriate.
