I mean in terms of winning stuff or good things, out of the ordinary that may happen to you?

Once in a great while, but I do consider myself lucky in some situations here and there, where I ended up better off than I was before.

Like i said in someone elses thread similar to this
IMO luck is not measured in winning things...
But i am beyond grateful for the people and things i have in my life..
I know it sounds scenti but i consider having all that i have in life....to be EXTREMELY LUCKY.
ETA...i wrote this because you said "good stuff"
like beyond the ordinary...YES i do think i am lucky

My friends father and my mom got cancer at the same time...
It was good in the respect that we had each other, two people going through the same thing, to lean on. Her father had colon cancer my mom lung.
He went through Chemo...my mom had surgery.
Both at the end were considered "cancer free"
I consider myself...beyond lucky...because:
1. to detect and get rid of lung cancer is EXTREMELY RARE..........EXTREMELY.
2. My friends father...a month after being in remission...found cancer in his pancreas...died 3 months later...
Going through this make me think that i MOST DEFINITELY VERY LUCKY

I don't consider myself lucky in things like the lotto or winning contests (have never won a thing). But I do consider myself very lucky in life...I am lucky to have the life I have, the husband I have, the job I have. Even though some "work" went into getting these "things" I am lucky to have been the one they were granted to.

nope.
Some people are ALWAYS lucky - my office manager faxes an entry for every employee for every W.A.L.K. contest.....the SAME employee has won 3 times, and no one else has won ANYTHING!
