Luteal phase...
About how long is your luteal phase? For the last few months mine has been 11 days. I am concerned that, that might be too short. Before my m/c it was around 13-14 days. Just curious what everyone elses is. Thanks.

Re: Luteal phase...
Mine was usually 11-12 days and I am pg right now. Don't worry! Under 10 is cause for concern.

Sorry but I disagree. Reall, anything under 12 MAY be cause for concern...not that women don't get PG like sosurprised but it can cause an issue. Do you tem? Do your temps elevate more the .4 degrees after O. Do they remain high until CD 1 or 2 of next cycle.? Do you have spotting before AF? Have you had your progesterone levels checked?

Yes, I do temp, my temps do go up more then .4 degrees after I O, They start dropping at about 7 DPO and then I get my period on 11 DPO, I start to spot the day before my period, so 10 DPO. I haven't gotten anything checked yet, thats why I asked the question, so next time I goto the DR I can ask/let them know what is going on/

Your temp dropping at 7 dpo could indicate a progesterone problem (whihc is the result of a luteal phase defect) I would aks your Dr about it. GL
ETA: you could try B6 and B12-these helped with my spotting before AF and lenghthened my LP.

Re: Luteal phase...
my LP is typically 12 days, although the cycle i got pregnant i'm pretty sure i ovulated one day later than usual, which would have made my LP 11 days. my temp rises quite a bit during the LP and stays up until the day AF is due.
i'm not sure if LPD is an issue for me -i was able to conceive, but clearly i'm not out of the woods yet in terms of keeping the pregnancy...
