Question
At the risk of providing TMI, I have a question.
I've been using OPK for a few months, but just started temping this month. In general I have gotten a +OPK on CD11. Yesterday was CD11, but I didn't get a + on the OPK. I tested twice - first at 12:30 (with no fluids at all since the night before), and then again at 6:30 (with no fluids after 2:30).
This morning my temp went up by .5. Everything I have read says that you get a jump that high after ovulation. I didn't sleep very well last night, but I don't know how much that could have affected the temp.
Should I just look at the temp as an anomaly b/c I didn't sleep well, or do you think I missed the O???????

It might just be a bad temp reading this morning. BD today if you can just incase. If your temp drops back down tomorrow, then you probably didn't miss is. Now for my TMI... how's your CM? Mine dries up after I O. Good luck!

To answer your TMI . . . it's not easy to tell with all the BD.  Yea I've read how to distinguish, but in my case not always easy to tell. If I was using that as an indicator of O I would say it hasn't happened yet.
