What can i take for a headache?
I have the worst headache right now. i just want to cry it's so bad 
Can i take anything?

Drink water and take aceteminophen (Tylenol). Many headaches are brought on by dehydration.

Tylenol or Tylenol Extra Strength. This is what my dr suggests. I second drinking water...it helps!

Unfortunatley all you can take is tylenol, which doesnt work for me. When you get home i would lay down with an ice pack on your head and try to go to sleep. It works wonders for me.

does anyone know if head on is allowed? I have never used it but my headache today seems to be muscle related - and I think that head on is like a ben gay?
